Challenge

What we were solving

We are building a complex digital platform from a blank page — business requirements, product logic, user flows, security architecture, and production-ready implementation without leaning on a generic UI kit or inherited design system.

Approach

How we tackled it

  1. 01

Structured business analysis and stakeholder mapping to define product scope

  2. 02

UX architecture from first principles — complex workflows reduced to clear, learnable flows

  3. 03

Full design token system in Figma, then implementation in code

  4. 04

Multi-role IAM with RBAC — permissions at resource and action level

  5. 05

Production components in React and Next.js, aligned with Figma and typed TypeScript

  6. 06

Supabase for authentication, database, and real-time features with row-level security

  7. 07

Hardening the full system: audit logging, access control, and scalable data architecture ahead of the May 2026 testing window

Outcomes

Progress & current focus

  • Late-stage build: core product and infrastructure largely complete

  • ~90% progress toward MVP scope; focus on stability and edge cases

  • Custom component layer — no third-party UI library dependency

  • RBAC model for 4 user tiers with resource-level permissions; design system with 200+ tokens

  • Structured testing phase scheduled from May 2026
